"This was a beautiful hotel, with a very convenient location and excellent staff. The only issue we encountered was that our toilet did not flush, and when we asked to have that fixed, someone came up and tried to help, but it still never worked. Luckily we were only there one night, so we ended up using the toilet in the lobby, but that would not have been a good long term solution. We told them this upon checkout, so that at least they could fix it for the next occupant, but they didn't seem to even acknowledge it. The breakfast was wonderful and plentiful. And there is a mall located right next door with a huge food court, so that was convenient."

"El hotel es precioso pero las habitaciones necesitan ser reformadas y actualizadas, son amplias pero antiguas y el cuarto de baño está en un nivel bastante más elevado que el resto de la habitación lo que dificulta su acceso. Las habitaciones deben ser renovadas y especialmente el cuarto de baño aún más La entrada del hotel no tiene rampa ni ninguna acceso para equipaje o personas mayores "

"This hotel lied in the pictures. It looks like it’s a safe place around, but it is guarded with a fence in front of the door. The rooms weren’t that clean and the staff had poor attention. We do not recommend coming here instead, stay in Mira Flores because this the historical where the hotel is in center is pretty ugly."

"The Airconditioning didnt work , there was no hot water and the exterior photos of the building were heavily photoshopped.This establishment is not worthy of your support "

"Very run down. Shower is dirty looking including the shower curtain. The grout has mold. You can hear everything outside specially all the honking. Just soap for toiletries, no shampoo. No where to hang the towel in the bathroom, it was rolled up on the bed. Very shady atmosphere. "
