「Cela commençait dès le départ, nous avons eu un problème au niveau du chauffage, c’est-à-dire qu’il ne sait pas enclencher et qu’il a fallu attendre le contact de l’hôtel pour le déclencher à distance. Nous sommes restés plus d’une heure à attendre que le chauffage se déclenche à distance par le propriétaire et le temps que cela chauffe. Nous avons passé la fin d’après-midi et la soirée à 17°.
