「We brought our kayak & especially liked that we could have a free parking space with our kayak away from plain sight overnight…hosts very kindly let us park before check in…a home from home staying here…yummy breakfast too :-)」

「 Very friendly welcome, nothing too much trouble. Very comfortable and immaculate room, excellent walk-in shower. Full English breakfast the best!. Well located for seafront and town centre. Access to reception is via steps so perhaps not ideal for those with walking difficulties Otherwise highly recommended! 」

「Liz and Paul were very friendly and took all our requests and answered them quickly. Breakfast was out of this world. Room was very clean and plenty of sockets for all your things that needed charging, it was also very spacious. Liz was always there to answer any questions and Paul was always around but not seen very much as he was probably chained to the range dealing with all the breakfasts, but very pleasant when you did see him :-). We will definitely be returning. Many thanks for pleasant...

「Had a fantastic stay for a couple nights. Nothing was to much trouble and the rooms were so clean and tidy with some lovely little touches. When we arrived a little early it was no trouble at all and was made so welcome. Would definitely recommend staying as we would stay again. 」

「We stayed at Brandize Guest house with kids . Our Room was perfect and bed was very comfortable. Beach was only 10 minutes walk . Fabulous breakfast with variety of options. We arrived at the property bit early Tim and Vicky let us check in early .They are very welcoming and very kind . I highly recommend this Guest to anyone with kids . 」

「From check in which was very straightforward to checkout which was exactly the same we had a fantastic 5 night break. Great communication from Will the owner made everything easy.
