「Room spotless, but dated. £7 parking on top was unnecessary. Staff friendly on check in, but on checkout couldn’t have been more offhand. Hotel needs attention to detail, worn carpet on corridors. Didn’t appreciate having to step over a vacuum cleaner and a pile of sheets to get to the lift. I’ve stayed here before with no problems, it’s sad to see the hotel go downhill.」

「Clean room, helpful staff, appropriate amenities. Parking was a little issue but this was outside of the staff’s control and they provided appropriate alternative parking as our initial space was taken by a member of the public」
