"I would call this hotel 'rundown'. There was a time when it was a premium, but it's currently in a state of disrepair. Two of the three elevators inoperable, stairwells as an alternative need a lot of work to the walls, and stairs themselves. The room we were in, 406 needs a new mattress... visibly ..."
