Stayed here for the World Cup games and experience was great. Simple, clean, safe facilities with good restaurant options around. Would simply recommend upgrading bed mattresses for a more comfortable sleep. Overall good for the price.

Walking distance to restaurants and bus stop. Lots of construction around the building and at the GO train station made for a little extra walking.

I was given a room that wasn’t cleaned from the night before I went and told them. They took care of it right away and apologized for the mistake. I got a new room within 10 minutes. I enjoy the accommodations great bed and air conditioners were cold but not too cold. Very friendly staff this is my second year in a row there if I get back to Toronto hopefully it will be available for me to stay again

Excellent last minute, affordable option for a Toronto location. Rooms were as expected, except for lack of microwave in kitchenette. Only issue is with parking non being close to building entrance and for not being included.

Stayed while in town for an art festival and this residency delivered great value for money for a summer style while students are out. Simple accommodations but just what we needed for a quick weekend visit on a budget. Two seperate well appointed clean rooms each with double bed and a dresser with drawers, under bed storage. Seperate rooms in the joining area for the shower and toilet/sink. Common areas outside the room down the hall had a fridge and stove area. Will consider for our next stay for art festivals. Thanks!
