"Hotel on strike. The free shuttle from and to the airport was not complimentary. $10 each, each way. The shuttle also dropped us off near the property. We had to walk like a half mile just to get to the front door. NOT AS ADVERTISED"

"We stayed at Fairmont for 3 days and have a 10 year old. Fairmont Royal York is an airport shuttle ride away from Billy bishop airport. The shuttle drops you right in front of the hotel and is very convenient. It is across from union station as well so the location is great! Wilfredo at front desk ..."
