「Hotel room is excellent, it is modern and clean. The staff service is ok, however, communication to the staff regarding parking was difficult, hotel told me to drive to a specific street for valet parking, because it is in ZTL, however, when I arrived at the street, there was no one there. I had to call the hotel for someone to walk to my car for valet service, I ended up blocking the one way street for 15mins. This is the only area that i am not satisfied with.」

「Appartement super, alles sehr sauber, ruhig. Gross genug für 4 Personen, 1-2 Tage. Klimaanlage perfekt, bei 36 ° C lebensnotwendig. Bett sehr gut, neue Matratzen mit memoryfoam. 「Super dejligt og familievenligt sted, med børneklub ved den store pool, hjælpsomt personale og pænt og rent område. Roligt efter kl.19/19.30, hvilket er skønt med mindre børn. Lejligheden fungerede perfekt til vores ophold, men størstedelen af tiden blev brugt i poolen samt ture til den nærliggende by og Garda søen」

「Bella struttura, moderna. Pulita e spaziosa. Noi abbiamo soggiornato una notte in un bungalow e avevamo il posto auto coperto riservato all'interno della struttura. Il bungalow è molto accogliente e ben fornito. Manca solo il bidet nel bagno che per un italiano può sembrare strano ma essendo frequentato per lo più da stranieri probabilmente non ci fanno caso e nemmeno lo richiedono ovviamente. Ma non è un grosso problema. Tutto molto pulito e ordinato. Le piazzole dove ho visto posteggiati...

「Suites San Leonardo are in a great location, just a short walk to the city center, with the added bonus of safe parking only half a block away. The property is very clean and well kept. While staff is not available 24hrs a day, communication is vey clear which made everything smooth and easy.」
