「Had a fabulous stay at the Monarc.Very clean, nice decor, great breakfast, friendly staff. Great roof bar. It was perfectly placed in the centre of town - bars and restaurants no more than 5 min walk away. The price worked for us. It was one of the nicest boutique hotels we have visited in Eastern Europe and we have been to many.」

「We loved the proximity to Skanderbeg Square, restaurants & other attractions. Parking was readily available at the stadium 5 minutes away. The property itself was clean & comfortable. The 1 and a half bath rooms were nice to get 4 people ready to go quickly! Thank you for a lovely stay - we enjoyed our time in Tirana!」

「Well-appointed, clean rooms and generally helpful staff. The breakfast room has fish tanks for windows, which gives the amusing feeling that the restaurant is sunk into a pond, though the food is average. The location cannot be beat- right by the bizarre, tons of restaurants and a short walk to most museums and things tourists might like to see.
