「Stayed for 8 days and the who experience was exceptional. The team led by the talented Danica looks after us brilliantly. Ivana, Sandra and Boris were friendly and knowledgable behind the bar and in the restaurant.
Thanks also to Dejan and Nebojsa and not forgetting a special mention to the chef for the lovely food and home made apple pie.

「A lovely hotel. The staff was beneficial and polite. It is a little bit out of hand if you plan to visit the city center but on the other hand it is in the very calm part of the town.」
「Reception services are outstanding. They help and even protect us from some taxi threat. One outside taxi driver cheat me ten times of the fees and did not let me go, but the reception persons go to help and save me after my wife ask help. Excellent services and attitude that I have never seen before in another hotels even I go travelling nine times a year!!」

「Reception is at the Public House Hotel. The ladies at reception were exceptional, very friendly and welcoming. The suites are in a kind of shabby looking building a few doors down the road but once you enter the Suites area everything is perfect. Bathroom is fantastic. Location is good but there are not many restaurants in the area, it takes 5-10 minutes to walk. There is a 24 h supermarket just a couple of minutes away though. 」
「This place has apts too. There is only about 6 hotels rooms. The woman on reception is only there from 9am - 3pm. But you can ring a number if you need anything. My my was very modern & clean. They will clean your room everyday, if you so wish, just like a hotel. It was so peaceful there. They even did my laundry there, for a fee of course. Would definately stay here again. Highly recommend it .100 meters from tram & bus stops.」
