「Struggled to find reception at first but it was in the Mexican cafe next door, staff were attentive, friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. First room was lovely, clean, it is a very old quirky building which I love but some may prefer more modern. 「I booked two rooms, but the staff could arrange two adjacent rooms for me. One was at 1/F, one at G/F. It sounded non-professioinal service when they did not consider such factors. Totally disappointed.」
