「Property was very average but clean, near busy road noise」

「The place is old, but not an issue. But the sheets weren't really clean and found a pubic hairs on my pillow. I slept in my day clothes. The facilities had free parking. I parked and asked reception during check in if that's the right place to park and they advice me yes. After return home from my business trip, I get a parking ticket from the hotel. I provided my receipts and prove I actually stayed there but yet they still insist to charge me with debt collection. Two night stay was...

「Convenient for central stay in luton. But very noisy with guest's not taking consideration for other guests.1 guest in court yard carpark for over an hour shouting on his telephone . And banging of doors .i felt it was a hotel used for the homeless and other private clients. 」

The room had all that I needed for my stay including complimentary shower gels, water, tea & coffee offerings and the breakfast menu was varied enough that I had a good choice to choose from.」
