「We travel a fair amount and have never been taken care of so well. The owner greeted us warmly, gave us an overview (and a map!) of the neighbourhood with the best places to shop and eat. The room was impeccable, well-appointed and had all amenities one would expect plus extras. We had a lovely stay and an to come back to Crete with friends and stay at Palazzo di Pietro again. 「I only stayed at this apartment for one night. I arrived late and the host waited for me to check me in and greet me. They arranged the airport transfer for me as well and were very welcoming. I did not have time to explore Chania as I needed to head off for my next stop but this was a well located apartment and I would hesitate to stay again. 」
