「The room was nice and bathroom was nice and clean, my problems were that the WiFi didn't work throughout my stay and due to my phone data not working, was unable to use my phone for anything my entire stay. I was also charged for the drinks in the rooms fridge which originally I was told I was allowed to have. I was also charged for grease/sweat stains on my pillow which is inevitable in a hot country. Won’t be staying again considering I wasn’t even compensated for the lack of WiFi. 」

Although this property is located in a rural area, it is quite urban in its design, featuring a modern, antique, and chic aesthetic in this boutique hotel. 「This is a hotel with a good location but average facilities. We booked 2 rooms of 30 square meters, but the size difference was obvious. There was no bathtub as marked. We suspected that the room was downgraded. We booked a view of the Nile River, but it was only a side view, which was very average. And the sunshine time was very short. At night, there was a lot of noise from motorcycles and cars around, and the windows were not soundproof at all.」

「Horrible experience when checking in, I had a late flight and the staff wanted to charge extra and impose another day, he was not urgent to help me it was almost 3;00 am when I got to the hotel and he had not consideration to accommodate a room for me. I had to contacted experience and be rude with the person at the hotel to get a room. Not recommended.」
