I really appreciated that they would not allow us to tip because it made the experience feel more comfortable. Tipping culture in Egypt can be crazy. "The hotel is good, however the royal suite was not really royal - the beds are basically 2 individual beds out together, so there is a whole in the middle of the bed and it’s very uncomfortable to sleep there. The A/C was not getting below 24C and so it was pretty hot to sleep in sometimes."
