「The location is perfect」

「Many thoughtful amenities. Sleeps an intimate two, not three as promised on both Expedia and another booking site. Host ignored Expedia message request for use of (non-existent) sofa bed and instead sent a direct email with door code. Daughter and I enjoyed this last minute booking but felt a bit bait and switched. Exceptionally clean,well appointed suburban backyard unit.」

「Ness-side is a perfect home from home, fabulously appointed and beautifully presented. The views out across the Loch are stunning and I would quite happily have spent the day just sitting watching the world go by!! No sign of Nessie this time, I think she was on her hols!!!!」

「DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY. The phone number listed is out of service and there is NO WAY to contact anyone at this property, as it is managed by a third party. I booked 2 nights, tried to get ahold of someone to give us keys and instructions on how to check in and the phone number doesn't work. I contacted the property through Expedia and the management company got back to me 36 hours later. In the meantime, we had to drive 40 minutes out of Inverness to even find a hotel for the first night and...

「The chalet was tired, was cleanish, cobwebs etc and could have done with a lick of paint! But the hotel swimming pool restaurant etc were all fab with friendly staff」

「Everything about our stay was outstanding. If I could give Heather a10++++++, I would. The unit was immaculate. Very well equipped kitchen, very comfortable living room. Bed and bed sheets were superb. 10 min drive from town in a wonderful neighborhood. We walked down the hill to the grocery store. Just our best stay on our 4 week stay in Ireland/Scotland. 」
