El hotel está lindo y limpio, y la atención es excelente. Son super amables. La llegada y salida son muy ágiles. El único punto que en mi opinión podría mejorar es en cuanto al ruido. Se escucha mucho lo que pasa en el pasillo y/o en otras habitaciones y si pueden llegar a generar que te despiertes. También les sugiero que agreguen secadora de cabello y caja de seguridad.

Muy buena opción en Avandaro

Me hubiera encantado que la alberca contara con calefacción ya que la zona es muy fría por las mañanas. Igualmente me parece extraño que las horas de checkout cada vez son más temprano. Un checkout a las 11, no me encanta. Sin embargo el servicio y la comunicación fueron excelentes. Muy bonito y cómodo.

Everything great except for the conditions of bathroom and bed linen. Duvet was stained and towels look and feel a little old. Service and attention of Valeria was outstanding! She was of great help providing ibuprofen when we arrived late and all the pharmacies were closed. She also provided a great recommendation for a near by place for breakfast this morning.

El hotel es muy lindo y está bien cuidado. La atención del personal es excelente. Tienen muy buena disposición para atender todos los pedidos a cualquier hora que se les solicite. Cuidan que no haya ruidos molestos, sobre todo por las noches. El detalle de la chimenea en cada habitación es muy cálido. No hay muchas opciones para comer o cenar cerca pero se puede pedir delivery.

Es una linda propiedad aunque me pico un animalito en el cuarto y se me cerró el ojo, la cama es reconfortante, quizá ya deberían cambiar cojines y almohadas ya que huelen a humedad, ojo yo escogí la propiedad por la piscina pero tienes que esperar a que se caliente, si vas a ingresar a jacuzzi 2 horas la piscina yo creo que tarda unas 4 horas paciencia sólo con eso. La administración súper bien.
