Hotel Gracery Shinjuku
Excellent location. Great restaurants all around and easy walk to Shinjuku station. We had a spacious twin room. We were on the 29th floor with a great view. Staff were friendly and helpful. Disappointed we were unable to go on the balcony with Godzilla.

Overall, the location was great and we had a pleasant experience. The room, however, left much to be desired. We had a triple and it was cramped with barely any room for our luggage and looked like it was in need of a renovation. Also, the bathroom required a step up, which was somewhat dangerous ...
