Great location for Ginza district shopping and to see the Imperial palace. Hotel had lots of fantastic ammenities - room was immaculately clean, bedding super soft and comfortable. Shower 10/10 waterfall. Staff very welcoming. Lots of great restaurants close by. Cannot fault! Only missed 5th star as room was VERY small. We couldn’t open 2 suitcases at the same time.
