Check-in was fast and the room had everything I needed. The only downside was that it had some dust in some places, but not where it mattered.

Perfect location next to Ikebukuro Station. 2 Family Marts and a 711 super close. Great restaurants everywhere and an all day buffet at hotel across the street. Typical older business hotel, which is to say that it's very small but has everything you need. In my room was a TV, Air Conditioner, hot pot with tea, slippers and free WiFi.

Lovely staff, and room felt relatively clean. It was kind of dusty and we kept sneezing every time we entered our room. Otherwise, location and price is great.
