位置非常方便，拿着重行李都能輕易往返渋谷站，搭乘機場快綫亦方便。另外，酒店內浴室花灑水壓很好溫度足夠，暖氣可調校及非常舒服，房間內空間亦很大，基本上配套非常好。

房間很舊，服務是我在日本見過最差的酒店

因為要到Mark City開公司會議，所以訂了Excel Hotel, 因為距離最近登記入住時，職員的英文不是太好，我要非常留心才能聽到。當職員講解早餐地點時，她跟我說是7th floor, 然後指住對面餐廳。但當時我是在5 樓，我以為我聽錯，我再問她是不是7th floor, 她回答我yes…anyway, 最終我發現是5樓。我再問職員Mark City怎樣去，她指着對面扶手電梯，說是由那邊上。第二天早上，我照着職員告訴我的方法，由扶手電梯上去，但根本去不了Mark City. 我唯有落去再問前台職員，是另一位男職員，他跟我說走出去酒店外面便是。但我走到去只見巴士站，看不見寫字樓。我唯有折返再問職員，他十分不耐煩跟我說，過了巴士站便是。態度十分不好！說回房間，整體很舊，風景很差。連USB連接都沒有，書枱附近亦沒有電源插頭，我只能把枱移到床頭有電源的地方才能工作…. 這個價錢根本不值，如果不是公司要到Mark City開會，一定不會訂這間酒店！沒有下次！到日本那麼多次，這是我住過最差的酒店

極度不衛生的昂貴飯店

我過去曾住過這裡超過五次，以前都很喜歡。這是covid19之後第一次去日本玩，我選擇入住shibuya excel tokyu，但我非常後悔。原先16樓的房間進去後，廁所極度惡臭，是很髒的味道，廁所牆壁上都是污垢。最可怕的是冷氣出風口都是黴菌，非常噁心。在我們通知房務人員後，他們選擇立刻清潔，請我們三小時後再回飯店。當我們再度回到這間飯店，只有冷氣出風口清潔完成，其餘牆壁上都是污漬，並且在窗檯看到餅乾碎，我們打電話要求立刻換房間，他們說只剩低樓層，於是把我們帶到13樓，過程中，我們有大量的行李，前台與房務兩個人袖手旁觀，完全沒有要幫忙的意思。並在把我們帶到13樓的房間後就直接離開。 13樓的房間一樣有問題，廁所門上居然有血跡，而水龍頭後方則是一大堆黴菌。由於實在很累我們就沒有再次要求換房，只能自己清潔。一個晚上要價3萬多日幣的飯店，非常非常噁心與惡劣，我希望所有旅客入房後都務必仔細檢查廁所，牆壁，窗戶等等。否則會後悔

The location was perfect and the room was clean

The location was PERFECT!! It was super convenient to go to any shopping / dinning areas in Shibuya! However, based on Google Map, it was super difficult to find its entrance as it is not located right in front of a road. Almost no Japanese could direct me to the right entrance. It took me 20 minutes with all my luggage just to find the entrance. I wish there were clearer instructions and pictures on the website to help me how to get to the entrance. Although the room was small, with the city view on 21/F, it was good enough to make me not feel suffocated. English of staff was so so. Not that easy to communicate. Besides, the reception wanted to charge me roughly 10% more!! Then I showed her the invoice issued by hotels.com and they checked for over 10 minutes and told me that my price was right! Luckily I was clear about what price I had booked the hotel for. They did ask for 200 JPY tax per night while the 5 star hotel I stayed before this place didn’t ask for that.

房間內設備已舊，洗手間經常有渠臭味，浴簾也破爛。執房不夠認真，每天送附之樽庄水清潔房間後沒人補給。整體來說雖然地點方便，但以這價錢入住性價比較低

太方便啦!

來東京旅遊大多住在這間飯店，這是我第N次住這裡，原因就是太方便了，從機場來方便，逛街購物方便，便利商店就在樓下，地鐵四通八達，之前住五星級飯店，雖然品質高但比不上這間方便，這裡服務好且乾淨其實就足夠了。
