Staff was very courteous during our stay. A plus was the lounge with complimentary coffee and tea on the top floor. Also, a plus was the washer dryer for longer stays. If you stay 3 or more days, housekeeping is included. I was surprised how impeccable housekeeping was. The only negative was how small the bathroom was.

I had a wonderful stay at this small but incredibly charming hotel in Tokyo. The room was compact, as expected in the city, but thoughtfully designed, spotless, and very comfortable. Everything was laid out efficiently, making the space feel cozy rather than cramped. One of the biggest highlights was the location — just a short walk from the metro station, which made getting around Tokyo extremely convenient. Despite being so well-connected, the area was surprisingly quiet and peaceful, perfect for resting after long days of exploring. The neighborhood felt safe and calm, with small shops and cafés nearby, adding to the local charm. Overall, this hotel is an excellent choice for travelers looking for a cute, clean, and convenient place to stay in Tokyo. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it.

The hotel was in a quiet location, but still within walking distance of a lot of bars and restaurants in Shinbashi. The only downside was it was a 10-15 minute walk to the train stations, two close by making the accessibility really good, but at the end of a long day of walking, this last walk home felt tough lol. Not the fault of the hotel - it is actually well connected - just the fault of the average 10,000-15,000 steps a day we were doing.

The staff was incredibly helpful with everything, including arranging luggage delivery. The location is great—close to convenience stores and the train station, and just a walk away from Ginza. It’s in a nice, quiet area, which makes for a relaxing stay. The hotel is super clean and has everything you need. Definitely recommend!

The property was very clean and more spacious than I predicted. The staff were very friendly and I loved the fact that there was free coffee on the 12th floor in the morning. Good location and very comfortable beds. Would highly recommend!

The room was really clean. Staff is very nice. They helped us organize luggage shipment to our next hotel in Osaka. Wish it was slightly closer to the train stations but it was still very walkable.

We stay at Lof hotel for 4 days and we had the most grateful stay. The staff is friendly and welcoming. You hardly notice the construction happening next to door. The location si convenient to various metro stations, convince stores and restaurants.
