Hotel was easy to find and in a perfect location to explore Tokyo. Our room was a little run down but other than that it was an amazing place to use as a home base for exploring.

Very spacious and great location. We had trouble finding the entrance for check-in. It feels more like Airbnb than a hotel. There is a ¥20K fee for lost key with NFC. We were traveling with the family and appreciate having a separate room. It’s right across sasazuka train station with so many shops.

Family friendly accommodation. Near to all the food areas ,close to train station for easy transportation. The apartment itself is spacious enough for family of 4 , with 1 separate rooms, a laundry washer and a drying area. In our 5 night stay we never had a problem using the washer . Though there is a kitchen ,we opt to eat around the area , tremendous food den to choose from . It was a wonderful stay .Easy check in and check out too.

Amazing place

There is no better location, stores, shopping malls, pharmacies and the best, the entrance to the subway. Comfortable and clean room, I highly recommend it.

The location is very close to the subway and the space is quite spacious. Kitchen and split bathroom were a plus. 5 people could fit but it would be tight quarters. All in all, it was a good stay!

Prime location for Tokyo!!!! Its surrounded by many dining and shopping without the craziness. Walking distance from transportation which is a PLUS! Space is just as shown with basic amenities. Will recommend this place for a family. Overall great stay!! Note: this place has a lobby but separated from the front desk/elevator.

The location is excellent. Very convenient. Less than a minute walk from Sasazuka station. Traditional Ramen store within walking distance. The heating option at the shower area is excellent to dry your laundry. A bit noice from the train station before midnight and 5am onwards. Light sleeper should put on ear plug for better sleep. Will stay here again if i come back to tokyo

We are family of 5 and it was perfect for our family, the shower is so easy to operate and worm,beds are not so big but very comfortable,its just around the corner from 711 and supermarket In japan they are sales everything including meals and sandwiches, the train station (many places to eat and buy including a bakery)is 30 steps from The hotel entrance so convenient about 15 min ride from shinjuku and 20 min from shibuya and we went few time morning and evening so easy. You really feel at home very welcoming. Do not think twice just come here you will enjoy your vacation. Thanks Kario sasazuka we loved to stay at your place and we will recommended to all our friends from the usa about your place.
