Nice and excellent staff

Nice and friendly staff who provide excellent customer services. The room is tidy and net. Big bathroom with full set of personal items. The surrounding area is convenient.

Nice location, clean, friendly

Right next to Chofu station. Markets and shops are nearby. Staffs were extremely friendly. You can choose the shampoos that you want, too. Very clean room service (if you don't want the room cleaned, they leave a basket in front of your room containing new towels and gowns).

Not that many westerners find themselves in Chofu and so hotel options are limited. The location of this hotel (essentially adjacent to the subway station) and its incredibly friendly staff make this hotel ideal for us. The physical plant is ok, the beds I found somewhat uncomfortable, and the single bed rooms small.

This was my favorite hotel in Tokyo and I've stayed at 3 different ones. My second favorite on in Japan the other one was in Mt Fuji, out of 7 I've stayed in Japan. The amenities provided are amazing, they have your usual but they also have a full skin care routine at the sink. The shower/bathtub is a true Japanese sized one. They also offer bath salts free of charge for a relaxing bath. They do provide water and bread upon check in and you can rent a fire stick to watch movies. Close to transportation and shopping.

元々はラブホかなと思いますが、部屋も広くて便利でよかったです。 強いて言えば、バスタオルはもう少し大きめでふわふわでお風呂場近くにあると、より良いです。

역에서 정말 가깝고 주변에 편의점도 두세개 있습니다. ATM도 멀지않은 거리에 있고요. 규모가 작지만 파르코 백화점, 돈키호테도 있어서 쾌적한 쇼핑도 할 수 있습니다. 호텔 이용도 전혀 불편함이 없습니다. 직원분들도 친절했습니다. 다시 이용하고싶습니다.
