ベッドマットに穴が2か所開いていた クリーニングはちゃんとしてあるのですがベッドシーツにおおきなシミの後がありました。 駐車場は予約していないと空きがあっても利用できない

冬の寒い日の滞在でしたが、部屋に付いているエアコンを30℃に上げてもガラスからの冷気で全く部屋が暖まらない。布団も薄くキチンと寝られた気がしませんでした。

ネットが有線なのに、やたら遅かったです。ユニットの排水が詰まり気味なのか、ユニットの床が水浸しになって足マットのタオルが水没してました。

それなりですが、頑張っていると思います

頑張っていると思います。東京外大で仕事があり宿泊。お部屋も古さは否めませんが、まぁ、我慢できないほどではありません。フロイントや職員の方は気を使って下さっているし、清掃された方が自筆でメッセージなどを残されているので安心感があります。ただ、近隣のお店やコンビニなどは「歩いてすぐ」と言うわけにはいきませんでした。

禁煙ルームを増やして欲しい

今回は就職試験のため、徒歩圏内のこちらのホテルに宿泊させていただきました。 喫煙ルームしか空いておらず、仕方が無かったのですが部屋がタバコ臭い… このご時世、禁煙ルームを増やしていただきたいと思いました。 全体的に古さはありますが、他の部屋からの物音は聞こえず、静かに過ごせました。 シャワーカーテンが湿気臭くなっていたため、トイレが臭かったのですが、すぐに交換して下さり、フロントの対応は良かったです。 シャンプーリンスの貸出は有難かったです。

フロントマンの接客が丁寧でした。 また室内は古いものの浴室も部屋も狭さを感じさせないのが良かったです。 エアコンの風向きの羽が壊れていたのかそういう風にしたのか、プラプラしてずっと下を向いていたため、涼しさが感じられなかったことさえなければ最高でした
