徳島のホテルはいろいろ泊まったことがありますが、ここは初。バスタブ、シャワーヘッド、洗面台、とてもいいものを使っていました。水圧はちょっとだけ低めかな。掃除は行き届いており、快適。朝食はよく頑張っていました。宿泊客以外にもたくさん客が来ていました。近隣のホテルから来たのかな？そば米汁、フィッシュカツは懐かしい味でした。リピありです。

スタッフの方が皆さん、笑顔で対応してくださいました。どなたもとても感じが良く、仕事での宿泊でしたが、ゆったりと過ごすことができました。 朝食ビュッフェに郷土料理があり、勝手が分からずに盛り付けようとしたところ、担当の方がさりげなく近づいて来られて手順や料理の解説をしてくださいました。 また、チェックアウト後にフロントへ荷物を預けて、少しだけ朝の散歩に行こうと、小雨の中折り畳み傘を持って出かけようとしたところ、別の方が、わざわざビニール傘を出してきてくださいました。気配りが素晴らしいと思いました。(自分の傘があったので丁重に辞退しましたが)

初めて利用したが、カウンターが２Ｆにあって最初にわかりにくかったこと以外はすべて快適でした。スタッフが良く訓練されている印象です。特に、朝食会場では、最近はあまり良い思いをしたことがなかったのですが、スタッフは大変効率的かつ周囲に気を配りながら動いており、とても気持ちよく利用できました。種類も十分でした。唯一、味噌汁と地元のそば米雑炊はあったのですが、洋食用にスープがあれば完璧でした。次に徳島に来ることがあればまた利用します。

駅からポッポ街を抜けたところにあります。 部屋はリノベーションされてるようで最近のホテルのようでした。清掃も行き届いており清潔でした。 朝食はブッフェ形式で十分な品数です。 駐車場は道路向かいのグランドパーキングに停めるよう案内がありました。駐車場スタッフに宿泊利用の旨を伝えるとスムーズに案内してくれました。 駅前立地なので繁華街のある秋田町まで少し遠いのが難点ですが、最近は駅前にも飲食店が多くて困ることはないです。
