「什麼都壞了⋯ 燈很多都不亮，插座也充電慢&位置不友善。還有洗手台龍頭好緊，一打開就大噴水！ 早餐沒有炒蛋，覺得選擇性少 其他都還不錯（離火車站近&服務人員很親切）」

「An old hotel bought up and then made self-service. Self checkin was not working and took an hour and I was sent to a “used” room. Finally everything was sorted out (thanks to Maryem). But I was understandably nervous and shattered by the end.」

「I usually try to stay close to whatever transport hub I’m using. But the were no rooms available in Interlaken, so I had to look further afield and happened upon a gem I would never have expected to find. Set on the mountain side with a view of Lake Thun and the Jungfrau mountains right there in front of your own private balcony. An amazing view. The room was compact but very clean. My only quibble was that bed had a footboard which is always a problem for tall people. The bus stop is right...

「We stayed on the top floor with our guest from home country, Japan. We had some concerns about bed bugs based on past reviews, but we didn’t see any signs and had great time with fantastic view. Some tips: there is no elevator and no dedicated parking place.」

「This is an excellent hotel for what it is, a basic hotel. The room is comfortable, shower is good and it had a balcony as well as a table where one can work, relax or eat. The hotel has a restaurant and serves a nice breakfast. Hotel staff is friendly.」
