「It was very nice」

「Front desk Karen was rude and aggressive. She told me that since there was a fire in the laundry everything is messed up. I asked for luggage cart and told me to look on all the floors first a luggage cart. I said thanks for helping the handicapped. There never was a luggage cart. Absolutely rude」

I noticed a chocolate chip and something else under the coffee table. There were French fries between the bed and night stand. The desk and tv area had a layer of dust. 「Room was not stocked with towels, had to go get our own. Pool had no towels and dirty ones all over, light bulbs out all over the room and tub was disgustingly filthy! Avoid this!」

「Room was musty and smelled damp. Towels and other bath line were inconsistent. One towel was thread bare and the bath mat had spots wore thru. Breakfast was not edible. I was the first one in at 6am. Eggs were way overcooked and very chewey. Coffee was luke warm and tasted like it was watered down」

「During my 2 wks biz trip, here is the best one I stayed with. Comfortable bed and pillow let me can sleep over night. Delicious and various breakfast made me impressed. There is a small suggestion that I did highly appreciated the staff came to pick us up in raining day, but my suitcase is broken due to it didn't be put well while we are in shuttle bus.
