Luckily, [and by chance] they were able to get me into another room [which was not what I had reserved]. The light in the bathroom did not work. Maintenance did not come until the third day to fix it. The cleaning staff was extremely kind and helpful because there was no one else there to help. "This historic hotel is beautiful and a fun place to stay just outside of Montreux. You can easily access the city center and Chillon Castle from one of the main bus lines just down the road. The included breakfast was delicious, and the small bar/lounge area was a great place to enjoy a drink after a day exploring. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. We hope to return next time we visit Montreux! "
