I definitely do not recommend this place. I informed them that my bathroom sink was leaking and water was dripping. I was extremely tired the night before and ended up sleeping most of the day. When I checked out, I mentioned again that the bathroom issue was not acceptable and politely asked if they could offer any kind of discount due to the inconvenience. They simply said no not even a small gesture. Very disappointing service.

Genel olarak çok memnun kaldık. Özellikle personel çok yardımcı ve de güleryüzlüydü. Ancak: 1. Açık havuza otel içinden ulaşılamaması, otoparktan yürünerek gidilmesi hış değil. 2. Kahvaltıdaki ürünler taze değildi, hamır işleri özellikle başarısızdı. 3. Kapalı havuz kullanıma açık değildi.

Yorgun otele dondugunuzde dinlenmek istersiniz, biz dondugumuzde suite odasinda olmamiza ragmen ust katimizda oldugunu dusundugumuz canli muzik 12 ye kadar odamizda gibiydi. Bu kadar kotu bi ses yalitimi beklemiyorduk. Odalarin temizligi ve oda detaylari cok guzeldi. Kahvalti yeterliydi.

Needs so much work

Where shall I start.. We checked in and they took us to a room where the key they gave us didn’t work so the bellboy opened it for us. We got in, started settling. We noticed that the room was quite gorgeous, with a sauna inside the bathroom. We were really enjoying this fact, obviously. :) My husband even lit up the sauna to get it ready. We hanged out clothes, unpacked, etc. Then we the bellboy came back, telling us that this was not our room and we need to relocate. Baffled with this, we packed again to move to another room. He said the receptionist wrote the wrong room number in the little keycard booklet and he said he is sorry. I’m thinking; ‘it’s not his fault. why is he apologizing for a glitch in the reception?’ Anyway we kindly expressed out frustration in this ridiculous glitch ans moved to another room where they showed us. Which was their most standard room. Which is okay. Glitches happen, but we thought it was not handled properly at all. Anyways, we started settling in our new room now. Decided to boil some water in the kettle for some coffee. I opened the lid and there was already some water in it, with some dirt swimming in it. When I showed that to a guy who identified himself as ‘the technician’ he changed the kettle and said it’s just lime. Then we saw that a metal shelf inside the shower was loose and looked hazardous. I took a picture and went downstairs to show them. More of this story coming up in another review because I am running out of characters.

Info for a new and upcoming hotel

Just good info to a new up-coming hotel: Get the room service menu into the rooms. No point in having it in the bar(?). Get a descent lighting in the shower (just 1 extra bulp). Turn down the sound level in the elevator a bit. Think the closest rooms will be annoyed with the loud sound. Get some info regarding the area like what to see?, Taxi, nearby restaurants etc etc. Bar area is great. Breakfast is above average (but remember to serve cold juice and milk (ayran)) All just good advice as my stay was awsome.

Yeni otel, Ek imkanları henüz açılmamış

Otel daha çok yeni 2-3 aydır açık bir otelmiş. Zaten ne spor salonu faaliyette ne havuzlar ne başka bişey (sorduğumuz zaman 1-2 ay sonra açılacak gibi cevaplar aldık, tek faaliyette olan yerler restoran ve lobi. Ancak bizden oldukça fazla bir ücret alındı 2 gece için ki bize bu imkanların şu anda kullanım dışı olduğu bilgisi paylaşılmadı. Daha uygun olması lazım otelin hem konum itibariyle merkezde olmadığı hem de facility lerin açık olmaması nedeniyle. Ayrıca Bozdağ kayak merkezine yakın deniyor ve reklam yapılıyor ancak gidince öğrendik ki kapalıymış kayak merkezi 2 yıldır çığ nedeniyle. Ee bu şartlarda bu otelin fiyatı daha uygun bantlarda olmalıydı. Bunları düzeltmeliler. Eksikleri çok fazla. Ramada ve Wyndham kalıtesine yakışmayacak basit hatalar vardı. 1 tanesi mesela tost makinesi (emın olun evinize almayacağınız bir makineyi, on/off tuşu olmayan bir makineyi koymuşlar. başka bir sorun oda aydınlatması ve hatta otelin genelinde bir loşluk olması otel enerji tasarrufunu abartmış. Dolapların içi görünmüyor. İç mimar kaliteli malzeme seçmiş ama detaylarda boğulmuş. Örneğin kapıların açılış yönleri olsun yerleşim düzeni olsun iyi iş çıkaramamışlar. Ama sezarın hakkını sezara vereyim otele gelddiğimizde cocukların ekstra yataklarına kadar herşey hazırdı. Güleryüz boldu ama hep aynı kişileri görmek hatta Garson'un katlara yardım ettiğini görmnek Ramada kalitesine yakışmıyor. Otel her açıdan acemi bir görüntü veriyor ne kadar lüks olsa da. Ama oda konforu çok iyiydi.
