The Grand Hotel Birmingham
Overall still a great hotel but noticing standards dropping, no hairdryer in room, tiles are getting dirty in bathroom. Breakfast buffet choice limited in comparison to a London 5* equivalent

My room overlooked the street and so it was a bit noisy, especially if I opened the window for ventilation. The shower was very difficult to get right, either too hot or too cold.
