Great family hotel. Have all amenities within it and the town is within quick drive distance by taxi or if you are willing to walk into the town it will be at least 30 minutes of uphill and downhill road hike. It was our wedding anniversary and the staff are amazing, they took care of all our needs. Highly recommend them.

Definitely the best on the island, but for the price compared to a similar holiday it comes out as pricey, nontheless we visited for the marine life and nature , that did not dissapoint and as far as Pulau Tioman goes , Berjaya Is the most comfortable place to do this from!

The waiter needs to improve their service communication details not pass on proper instructions Food should have more choices, chief are friendly Facilities and some program should can be improve eg . Yoga no service due to urgent leave Massage only one person limited resources Every where you go needs car service

Loved the beach and the snorkelling was so easy to arrange. The food was good. The rooms are a bit dated however.

There was only one reception staff at all times, and she was slow and unfriendly. You can't have a quiet meal at the restaurant because birds fly in trying to get your food. Also, the food is not very tasty. Even if you want to go out to eat outside the hotel, it is very inconvenient as it is a long walk and there is no means of transportation. The room is clean, but there are a lot of ants and it feels unclean. All the staff were very kind and friendly, but considering the price and balance, this is not a hotel I can recommend.

Les photos sont trompeuses et les logements vieillissants. Il ne reste qu’une piscine dans le resort. Un bâtiment a été rasé. Des logements sont en rénovation. Les chambres sont datés, vétustes. L’île de Tioman étant magnifique on oublie un peu la déception de l’arrivée. Ce Berjaya n’est pas digne de la chaîne d’hôtel Berjaya.

We are coming to Berjaya already for years. This time we were not informed before that they had a fire. So the big swimming pool and restaurant were not available. They only let us know when it was to late to change our plan. So we were paying for something that we did not get. Staff were friendly as always. Food could be better for the price they ask. Breakfast was oke.
