「The room was not clean , and air conditioning was not clean, the persons were very nice」

「We stayed at the Bonefish Motel and were genuinely impressed. We do not typically stay at motels, but this little gem exceeded our expectations and was better maintained than some four star hotels we have visited. The room was extremely clean, thoughtfully arranged, and very comfortable. The beds and pillows were excellent, and the split air conditioning system kept the room at the perfect temperature without any issues. The kitchen was well stocked, and there was plenty of coffee...

「I was very disappointed because the villa I received was not the one I had reserved. This was extremely frustrating. The villa assigned to me was a two-story unit with no bathroom on the ground floor. I was traveling with my elderly parents, who were unable to use the stairs, making the villa completely unsuitable for our needs. The listing and reservation details never indicated that the villa was a two-story unit. There were no photos or information showing that the accommodation had stairs,...

「I never actually stayed at the property. Two days before my family trip, my young son had to have emergancy surgery. We had to postpone our trip. The manager at Tranquility was extremely helpful and willing to refund our money. I couldn’t be more impressed with how easy the resort made it for me and my family in our time of need. 「We happened upon this quaint resort on a weekend to the Keys. What a great spot! It is not on one of the main keys but is close to Key West and other fun locations. The resort had hammocks to relax in, a pool, docks, outdoor activities and a small breakfast (don't plan on filling up on it if you are hungry though). Room was quiet even though it was right next to the pool and there are so many different options there! We would definitely stay there again! Beds were comfortable and the bathroom...
