「We booked 7 nights for ski. When we realized there is no snow and we decided to leave early. We called the management on the 1st night and ask if we can have partial refund for the rest of the days. The manager, Ethan told us there is no discuss on this. So basically we wasted at least 4 nights without actually staying in. Very upset about this attitude.」

「Great time in Park City at the Caledonian. The location is fabulous for a weekend in town. The check in and out were great and easy. Communication from the property management was prompt and professional. Good use of technology to manage access to the units. Totally hassle free. The unit was clean and well kept. 「Great place to stay. Bedroom, bath, living room and kitchen. Safe. In middle of historic district and the very good Bancock Thai restaurant is in the same building」

「Loved the upscale design, large windows, large shower with multiple shower head options and finishes because it felt like our home. We had a Mountain View in #302 from each of the two oversized windows. It was nice having a keurig, microwave and cooler. We were a bit confused by the TV, we are apple t. People so it took a minute to figure out the Roku. parking confusion got straightened out quickly with a phone call. walked on the trails nearby, too and were only minutes from charming...
