「I never met a staff person, so I can't say anything about that. I DID have direct text communication, however. The entire establishment is adorable and full of character. Those espousing sterile chain places may not like it much, but those - like me - who love reclaimed character will have GREAT appreciation for this beautiful gem. VERY comfortable and squeaky clean. The "backyard" view of the mountains is more than only breathtaking. I'd add a photo if I could, but "something" isn't...

「Nice rooms. Quiet area. Only downside is maid knocking on the door 3 hours before check-out. 」

「Everything was wonderful about this property but a couple of small things ,they don't have daily room service and the room we stayed in only had a small trash receptacle in the bathroom another trash can would help;also maybe orange juice or apple juice would be beneficial for Breakfast other than that awesome place.」

「This was a great location in Greenville. Very good service except for the dining. Went to eat dinner, but there was no cook. He took a break and didn't tell the bartender/server. We waited for about 20 mins, still no server.」

「I will definitely be staying at a Tru by Hilton again. It was super clean, beautifully decorated and had great amenities. The only negative I have was in order to join WiFi, you have be a member of Hilton Honors or Diamond club. I feel that WiFi should be a basic amenity just like having a TV in the room. 」

「The lodge is lovely with a beautiful lobby including a large stone fireplace. There are several outdoor seating areas including one with a fireplace and fire pit. The room was spotless, bed and pillows comfortable, complimentary snacks including chocolates on the pillows waiting for us. Staff is pleasant and attentive. Would definitely stay there again. 」
