「I arrived later night, the front desk person was called by knocking the door to process my room. Unfortunately they said there is no king size bed which I paid for. I had to sleep since next early morning had meeting,so no time to complain for 2 queen beds. Next day I asked again for king size, they changed my room to king size room. The room is good, only One noise of window. Other then that 2 issues, everything was perfect.」

「Breakfast was a full tico style breakfast and the service was excellent. There are trains running nearby so a little noise but that’s probably everywhere in this neighborhood. I highly recommend. Great value for the price. 」

「Amazing front desk and breakfast Staff. So professional and welcoming. Everything was spotless! The entire Hotel was extremely clean - Spotless!! Breakfast was fabulous and cooked to order. Would absolutely recommend this hotel. Loved the simple tranquility. It is truly the calm oasis in the heart of the city they promise. Close to market, bus station, and restaurants. 」
