"This hotel was basically clean but it's old and that shows in the details, especially in the bathroom (tiles/grout needs an upgrade and I also don't like the sink outside of the bathroom.) The bathroom was tiny but the room itself was large and comfortable. The air conditioning worked very well and the staff members that I met were professional and nice. The location was great - easy access to the beach! Our room had a very nice little outdoor area with 2 chairs and a table. However, we were on the first floor, right next to the custodial room and across from the dumpsters (not the best location, I'm sure). In the custodial room were washers and dryers. Each time we attempted to sit outside on the chairs outside our room, the dryers were on and we smelled gas. We assumed the gas was coming from the dryer vents, but I was so concerned that I called the front desk. The person I spoke with was unfazed by my gas concern and told me that it was nothing to worry about. She also mentioned that the custodial staff had gone home. Even if it was of no concern to her, we couldn't sit outside, so that area went unused by us (which was one of the reasons I booked this hotel). Shouldn't a "GAS" concern be investigated?? I won't be returning."

"Older hotel was obviously renovated but with useful additions. Room was clean, bed was comfortable and whirlpool was exquisite. So nice to have plates and silverware in room so you can have some meals in room on balcony. Loved it!"

"All staff were helpful and kind. The view was breathtaking. Breakfast was great. Especially the waffles! The only thing I found unsatisfactory is the carpet in the room. My sister got blisters on her feet due to wearing the wrong shoes on our walk the first night. Because of this, she went barefoot in our room. The bottoms of her feet were filthy. So I know the carpeting has not been cleaned."

"We love this property because it’s prime location. On the quiet end of the beach very convenient. The shuttle is right outside as is 7/11 and the rest is within a few block walk. The pools here are the best we spend our days hopping from one pool to the beach to another’s it’s nice they have a kids room and a movie room the restaurants aren’t very good but they are convenient and there’s a few options. The staff could be friendlier no one says hello or anything. The ice machine on our floor was broken and the vending was missing. The elevators are very slow. The place needs a serious remodel it’s very run down and there’s quite a lot of water damage and even some mold in our room. The views are the best part! Dolphins outside the patio every morning! Very affordable. Beds are hard but the air worked well the pillows are comfy the tv worked well lots of channel options nice size fridge Dunkin in walking distance. Quite rooms we slept great."
