"The stay at this hotel was second to none in every category. The staff was very friendly and very professional and they went above and beyond to make sure our stay was as good as possible. Maria was very kind and friendly and I highly recommend that someone recognize her as the best agent on the staff. The concierge was very helpful and she was extremely nice handling all of our concerns and information about the city. The hotel restaurant was excellent and the hostess was a very kind person. I’m very grateful for their hospitality and attitude towards the guests who are staying in their hotel."

"Stayed here for the San Francisco marathon (highly recommend as the start line is steps away!). The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and gave us a room that had a view of the Bay Bridge. We thought the room was more than adequate - quite spacious, lots of room in closet, and comfortable. The only negative we would have is the thin walls. We were on the 6th floor and we could hear the noise from the bar on the lobby level, as well as all the noise from the marathon start line. We will be staying here for our next SF race!"
