"Easy access to terminal 2 of Hongqiao airport without going out of the airport. Hotel rooms are a bit small but still pretty comfortable. Service is amazing."

"We were unable to contact the hotel multiple times prior to checking in via expedia and with the help of a live agent too. But despite this we eventually got through to them to advise of a late check in which ended up being ok. Breakfast was nice and had good options with seating in a nice area. Room was spacious with a large clean bathroom. close to hongqiao railway station"
