「This hotel is south of the city but just off the interstate. First appearances were “ho-hum” but once we got inside we saw fresh renovations. Our room was 313. Thank goodness for the elevator. The room was comfortable although not extravagant. Breakfast was so-so, as there was only one hot item (scrambled eggs). The evening desk clerk was very helpful and friendly. Overall, a comfortable stay.」

「Front desk was not very friendly when the remote for tv didn't work , AC in room was very noisy when it was running, no live TV only streaming channels , was needing to get food was told that my dog had to go into the dinning area sense he is a service dog . I did not want to make a scene with him just wanted to eat . Chose to leave and find a different place to stay . I don't like to make scenes , just want to feel like im normal like others but medical reasons sometimes makes me different. ...

「I’m limited in mobility, and my room was on the 2nd floor. No worry, the outstanding service by staff with genuine caring made the issue moot. My room was clean and spacious. Fresh coffee or tea available 24x7. Breakfast fresh with ample choices! But mostly, it was the kindness and consideration of staff, especially one young man, who will make this a go to for every future visit!!」

「Spider webs stains in curtains water in tub wouldn't completely shut off. No continental breakfast. Smelled stale and old. Wall paper pealing. Outside looked terrible and un inviting. Back hurts from the bed almost 36 hrs later. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone... personally would like a full refund..」

「Room was fairly clean. Wall around mirror was dirty. There was only coffee in the morning after 8 am. No breakfast. The toilet paper holder was way to close to the toilet and would always fall off the wall. I usually can deal with all this. But, he beds were extremely uncomfortable, making it very difficult to sleep. Kept waking up with back pain.」

「I’m not one to complain or leave bad reviews but wow, terrible. The room was not the cleanest looking, dried hard mud in the bathroom. I have severe dust mite allergies and I had a reaction just standing in the room for a few minutes. It triggered an asthma attack. My teenage daughter and I ended up walking into another hotel and praying for an open room there.」
