The motel is old and needs work.
Door with screen into little patio did not close.
Microwave was OK.
Hot water dispenser didn't work.
King bed was comfortable.

「Parking was easy and the room was clean. I found that the white towels were quite gray and some were actually stained. I think the towels could use replacing. I have recommended Rodeway in the past, but I am a bit hesitant now because of the shabby towels.

「We only stayed for 2 quick nights, but the property is lovely and impeccably maintained. The fact that the owner, Phil, is onsite and shares his personal cell phone is great.
They also share a different text line for any needs that arise during your stay.
We were able to get to various parts of the Cape for meals etc very easily.
The pool was closed as it was off season, but they have a great area with a fire pit and several Adirondack chairs that was a nice bonus.
Would certainly return to this...

「Beautiful place with a great view and a very peaceful atmosphere. The hotel is old and rustic, but that’s also part of its charm. If you’re looking for an authentic seaside style experience, it’s warm and cozy and fits the vibe perfectly.
However, the beach right in front of the hotel is probably the dirtiest in the area. There were many dead marine animal and seaweeds remains along the shore and which made it unpleasant to walk on or fully enjoy. For nicer beaches, expect about a 20-minute...
