「The condo was very uncomfortable. The sofa in the living room was very low to the floor when you sat on it you could actually feel the wood frame. There was no comfortable seating. The bed was old very soft. We woke up the first morning and found a dead cockroach by the bed. The floors were in terrible condition. The patio door was difficult to open because it was so rusty 」

「Pool area had reduced usage times and there was no hot tub as advertised. Staff on property were approachable but only going directly to and from property entrance. Property in general had obviously suffered significant storm or related damage at some point. Construction scaffolding substituted for stairways on beachfront side of 2 of 3 units.
