「Extremely disappointed. Advertised as one thing (apparently Hotels.com won’t let me say what, so I have had to re word my initial complaint), when I checked in, I was given something completely different. 「The listing does not reflect where this cabin is located. Listing reads, Cabin Sleeps 6 with Lake access parking. The map location, does not show the location accurately. The 2 bedroom caravan is inside the Billings Aquadrome, where there are indeed lakes. There is access information needed, cars reg, eta of arrival and age, the age question I found a bit strange. The map supplied (for once inside the park), is a little small and confusing. But, once inside the cabin, very pleasant surprise,...

「1) Checkin details were not provided - I had to contact Hotels.com and wait ±1hr outside in the windy street to get these. Checkin was 4pm but I couldnt get in until 90 mins later. 2) Once inside the building; Entrance hall filthy with full black bags in corner, wall staining, filthy carpets, laundry cages strewn. No-one around at all, felt very unsafe. 3) Once inside the flat, it felt like someone had just left in a rush, but I couldnt be sure until I had gone through the apartment. Spooky....
