"The staff was not very helpful and welcoming. Room very bad. Floors were very sticky. The room walls had signs of leakage. Restaurant staff was nice but the service was extremely slow. We had to wait more that 30 mins just to get one roti. Overall, would not recommend this place. "

It was only after taking a shower later in the day and having cold running water did I find out of the limited availability. We were not informed that running hot water for shower is available only from 6-10am. A hotel of this standard should do better! Also, there is no AC/heating as mentioned in Expedia description - the hotel lobby/restaurant and rooms were very cold during our visit. The restaurant only had limited ala crate items available even though the menu was extensive. Buffet breakfast was decent. Room location and view was good."
