"This was a great place to stay with a nice compound with some wonderful views. The property was well maintained and kept very nice and clean. The staff was also very professional and extremely helpful although there were a few hiccups (will share below). Overall, this was a great place and we would choose this place again. Having said here are are some things that weren’t ideal. 1. It seemed that they had mopped the floors of the rooms using some disinfectants without following up by mopping with water leaving the floors slightly sticky when we first got in. Should be easy enough to change the process. 2. We ran out of TP and had to call the front desk 3 times before we got more. It was a bit annoying at it was later in the evening and we were waiting for them to bring it before going to sleep. 3. There is no air conditioning in the rooms. There are fans, but that is not sufficient to keep the rooms cool at night. I was told later that the standard rooms which I had booked didn’t have them, but this wasn’t clearly mentioned on the listing. The price was relatively higher compared to all nearby properties and this is a basic thing that I would have expected. In spite of all this, this is a well maintained property at a great location and we would stay again."

"The property was exceptionally well maintained, and the staff were polite, welcoming, and highly informative throughout our stay. The cafeteria offered an excellent variety of food choices, all of which were enjoyable. We stayed in the honeymoon suite, and the view from the room was absolutely phenomenal. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would highly recommend this place to friends and family."

""I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent stay. This was a distressing experience for my entire family; in fact, we stayed awake throughout the night due to significant safety concerns. The property is in a state of total disrepair and appears to have had no maintenance or renovations since its opening. The rooms were in pathetic condition with an unbearable odor, and the amenities were completely unusable. Furthermore, the photos provided online are a gross misrepresentation of the current state of the property.""

"A hidden gem! this feels like an unfolding love letter. the views of the mountains are fantastic & the nature surrounding our stay felt like a dream! the staff is incredibly attentive making you feel right at home. I am so pleased with the whole experience here. They offer activities on the spot & a menu for massages. The food is incredibly tasty. if you're looking for a place to stay this is the destination for you!"
