In the 4 nights we stayed in early September, we saw, from the large windows of our rooms, clear views of the hills and mountain, starry nights, misty cloudy views and even a lightening show. "It's a very nice hotel with beautiful view over lake Annecy. The server at breakfast was delightful. The only thing that marred my visit was the attitude of the server Easter evening. I had had a big meal midday with friends and I wanted just a salad. I ordered a 15 euro mocktail and a salad and the server was clearly irritated and pushed me to order wine. I'm bilingual and visit France frequently and I'm pretty stunned that this attitude persists. It's very unwelcome behavior. Il avait pas mal de caractère."
