2/5 - Disappointing
Not much to do outside of skiing (in the winter). The “town” consists of like 5 buildings (post office, library, pub, market, gun shop). Hard to find any dining off the resort property (dining on property isn’t great either).

Very professional and courteous staff. Super clean room, well stocked. Comfy bed and pillows. Pools were clean, and bartenders & servers very attentive.

Rented the big family suite. Everything was as it has been each time I have rented it, clean and comfortable. Kitchen is nice to be able to cook and host a family dinner. Bathrooms both were clean. Staff friendly and helpful.

Loved the size of the rental. Loved proximity to downtown.

Again, the resort itself is pristine and beautiful. They just need to update these musty old Colony rooms or charge $40 a night since basically you’re staying in a Super 8.
Make sure to stop in the small cafe Bear Claw! The staff was so very kind and took very good care of us. The food was so delicious. Our eggs were the fluffiest ever! It is a small place but very clean and great prices!
Not much there......
Thompsonville resort area beautiful, the villiage of Thompsonville very disappointing. It appears to be a dying town with nothing available to offer tourist.
Great time, but very pricey accomodations.
