「Property says that the booking is not visible to them and no room was allocated since all rooms were booked, struggled with 6 month baby to find another property, trying with Expedia customer care to get the refund and didn't get updates from them. Really had a worst experience with the booking.」

「Staff was very willing to be of service」

Restaurant was insufficiently staffed and did not offer menu items for dinner - instead offered a some items verbally to choose from. Room was not lighted well, insufficient towels, liquid soap bottles unmarked. Coffee machine was there but no coffee.
