「I have been to York many times and stayed in many great places around the city but this beats them all. An easy 3 minute walk to Yorkminster, a Sainsbury's out front and The Bootham Tavern pub across the street. The pictures included in the listing are 100% accurate. The flat itself is roomy, well appointed and has all the amenities one expects (more, actually). It was quiet, comfortable and extremely clean. 「A very nice little flat 10 minutes walk away from the city centre. Lovely thick carpets. The main bedroom is very nice indeed. Comfortable bed. Effective fan provided which was a godsend during hot weather. Kids bedroom was nice too and they loved the bunk bed set up, which was solid. There is outdoor space however it is shared and a small shadowy courtyard. Doesn't look used at all. The flat is a funny layout. 「Very friendly reception from the landlord Gareth who provided a most enlivening atmosphere in the Duke of Wellington ie a darts match for the men and Easter wreath making for the ladies. No food unfortunately but we found an excellent Italian restaurant in nearby Northallerton. The courtyard room was clean and comfortable, marred only by a very awkward shower - not easy to enter, due to lack of space.」
