「the view from the suite is fantastic, everything is fine! The only point needed to say is that originally i chose this hotel because i loved the flowers decorations of the suite from the website, but in fact, no flowers in my suite at all, this point is a bit, a little bit out of expectation.」

More impressive, was that the next day you were served different items. The robe and slippers and hot tub made this a hard place to check-out of!!!!」

And when we get to the hotel, it is just a darling place and very spacious and very clean and the host and all the employees were just wonderful and anything that we needed as well as making us reservations and giving us a recommendation of where to go. Bus Station less than a block away! Our Villa was spotless, well appointed and included an outdoor jacuzzi. A la Carte breakfast was served daily to our room. 「It is the worst experience in my life and the staff is rude and not helpful. They downgraded us and pretended to upgrade us! We are totally four people and reserved a family villa, however, they offered us a two-people villa, which provide us one double bed and 2 sofa beds for four people. Although they offered us 50% off, it ruined our vacation in Fira.」
