This was a beautiful villa located in the heart of Fira but set back enough so that you weren't bothered by the street noise. Breakfast was brought to our room every morning, and the rooftop hot tub was a nice touch. The receptionist was friendly and accommodating.

I thought that the staff were kind, informative & friendly. The hotel was very clean. The breakfasts were delicious. Julia on reception was warm & very welcoming. I would definitely stay there again.

Julia is hands-down one of the best features of Palmariva—she took the time to orient us around, helped us book excursions, and gave sincere advice of how to enjoy Santorini. We loved our villa and the tasty breakfast—the only wish we had was if the hot tub was a little warmer (it ran lukewarm). Besides that, would highly recommend Palmariva for any first-time Santorini visitors!

Just a one night stay at this hotel but it was very enjoyable. Great location and very helpful staff. The villa is finished to a very high standard with a comfortable bed, nice breakfast and beautiful pool and private hot tub. An all round good experience at a reasonable price.

We loved staying in the Athena villa at Palmariva. Good location, close to the bus station and everything we wanted. Our villa was beautiful, nice and clean, breakfast was yummy with lots of options. All staff were friendly, especially Julia - she always had a smile, gave us lots of recommendations and helped us book tours. She even escorted us to our pick up point nearby for our sunset cruise that she organised for us and waited with us until our transfer came. She was amazing and is a great member of the team. We will always remember her making our stay here so lovely. We would definitely recommend and we would definitely stay here again!

We had an outstanding experience during our stay at the villa. The location is perfect, providing easy access to local shopping & dining while still offering a peaceful and private retreat. It was in the middle of everything. The location was perfect! The villa is nice and quite. The staff is awesome. They make sure to inform you of different places to visit while your there. How to get around on public transportation. I would definitely stay here again.

Loved staying at this property. Close to transportation, shopping, restaurants and caldera walk. Booked two nights but extended it to 5. Plans were to stay in Oía but after a visit .. it was such a zoo and this hotel is only one short bus ride away! Very central to everything. the staff was very accommodating and extremely helpful. Breakfast was delivered to our room each morning. I highly recommend this place. No goods or services given. Just a travelers review.
